4. For receiving the funds for SBM(G), disbursement of the same to the Sates/UTs implementing agencies, and repayment of loan and interest amount, National Centre for Drinking Water, Sanitation and Quality shall work as a receptacle agency.

एसबीएम (जी) के लिए निधियां प्राप्त करने के संबंध में राज्यों/केन्द्रशासित प्रदेशों की कार्य एजेंसियों को उसका आवंटन तथा ऋण और ब्याज रकम के पुनर्भुगतान के संबंध में राष्ट्रीय पेयजल, स्वच्छता एवं गुणवत्ता केन्द्र प्राप्तकर्ता एजेंसी के रूप में काम करेगा।

5. The guidelines will facilitate the State Government entities to directly borrow from the external bilateral funding agencies subject to fulfilment of certain conditions and all repayments of loans and interests to the funding agencies will be directly remitted by the concerned borrower.
